📋 Description

• Act as the link between technical teams and non-technical users • Ensure requirements are understood and solutions accurately implemented • Coordinate IT activities across projects from concept through delivery • Serve as account manager for key stakeholders during IT-driven change • Build, monitor and adapt project plans • Ensure alignment between IT projects and wider business strategy • Capture, define and document system requirements and enhancements • Support user acceptance testing and secure stakeholder sign-off • Deliver structured handovers to business-as-usual teams with documentation and process guidance • Support IT projects and business change initiatives in collaboration with technical, stakeholder and operational teams

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with developers and translating information for business users • Strong communication skills and ability to build and manage internal and external relationships • Familiarity with SQL and process mapping tools such as Visio • Logical, analytical and detail-oriented approach • Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities • Candidates must be UK based • Entitlement to work within the UK • Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential • Relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement • To drive a Mears vehicle: aged over 21, held licence over 3 months and fewer than 9 points • Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship
