📋 Description

• Complete general learning administration, including monitoring shared inboxes, logging requests, booking sessions and rooms, updating attendance records and collecting learner feedback • Maintain Learning Management System enrolments, course information and learner records • Assist with learning process automation, including notifications, request logging and administrative reminders • Provide first-line support to learners, managers and instructors, escalating complex issues • Support maintenance and accessibility of digital learning materials and resources • Maintain accurate records of requests, actions and recurring issues • Support management of the digital learning materials library • Assist with creation and development of AI agents and record feedback on their effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Good standard of general education with Maths and English skills essential • Curiosity and genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Good organisational and communication skills • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems • No previous office experience required; entry-level opportunity • Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential • Entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship • Relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement • To drive a Mears vehicle: aged over 21, held licence over 3 months, and fewer than 9 points
