📋 Description

• Provide administrative and technical assistance to internal and external clients • Provide telephone support to group administrators during business hours • Analyze requests, ensure follow-up and documentation, and forward to internal teams as needed • Apply policies and eligibility standards when reviewing enrollment or change requests • Enter data into administrative systems while respecting quality standards and deadlines • Ensure the accuracy of information entered and report any anomalies or delays • Use application and/or production tracking tools • Suggest process improvements to optimize quality and turnaround times • Adapt written communications to meet client needs • Perform any other related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) • Two years of relevant experience • Experience in group insurance or customer service is a strong asset • Ability to analyze and interpret insurance contracts • Completion of LOMA 1 and 2 courses (an asset) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Bilingualism (English-French) is considered a strong asset
