📋 Description

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of client implementations across RTM, HEP, Pathways, and EMR integrations • Manage a concurrent portfolio of clients at varying project stages • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders from kickoff through go-live • Develop and track project plans; identify and surface risks early and escalate appropriately • Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success • Advocate for client needs and translate feedback back to clients • Conduct workflow- and clinical-context-tailored training sessions for clinicians and administrators • Support change management planning to drive clinician buy-in and long-term adoption • Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, decisions, and project status in CRM and project management tools • Identify and document expansion and growth opportunities during implementation for Account Management • Surface client insights and contribute to internal process improvement • Report to the Director of Implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years managing the full lifecycle of client-facing healthcare SaaS implementations • 1–2 years of experience with EMR or EHR integrations • Strong project management skills, including risk identification, scope management, and task coordination during complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts • Comfort operating independently with sound judgment on escalation and prioritization • Strong written and verbal communication across both clinical and administrative audiences • Experience training clinicians or clinical staff on software or workflow changes in a healthcare setting • Familiarity with RTM, telehealth, rehab, MSK, or PT/OT clinical workflows, or a healthtech segment with meaningful clinical workflow complexity • Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, payer enrollment, or billing-adjacent software implementations • Experience using tools like Salesforce or similar CRM, Jira, Pendo, Tableau, and project management platforms • Must be based in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Georgia, Illinois, New Hampshire, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
