• Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building • Translate company strategy into a credible, impact-driven roadmap • Engage with Sales and users to uncover pain points and validate what's worth solving • Define success metrics upfront, track performance, measure outcomes • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver value quickly • Lead a high-performing Scrum team • Articulate the "why" behind your roadmap and build belief in your product direction
• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales • Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams • Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results • Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines • Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes decisions independently • Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
• Fully remote within UK business hours (BST/GMT) • Open to full-time employment or freelance/consulting arrangements • Occasional travel to our studio in Cambridgeshire or Barcelona
