• Visit people injured in automobile and on-the-job accidents in the Northville, Michigan area and surrounding counties • Coordinate injured individuals’ care with health care providers and insurance carriers • Manage medical aspects of workers’ compensation, automobile, and health insurance claims • Apply case management experience to support claims and care coordination • Assess customer needs, meet service quality standards, and evaluate customer satisfaction • Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches • Travel throughout surrounding counties as required • Operate a motor vehicle for field visits
• Case Management experience • Three years of nursing experience • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Associates Degree or BSN preferred • Unencumbered Michigan driver's license required • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle • Knowledge of medical management related to workers’ compensation, auto, and health claims • Knowledge of hospital settings and administration • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes • Knowledge of English language structure, composition, grammar, meaning, and spelling • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Detail-oriented • Bilingual is a plus • ER, rehabilitation, or home health nursing experience is a plus • CCM and/or CRRN certification preferred • Understanding of hospital administration and insurance claims medical management
