📋 Description
• Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Manager and other groups to train customers • Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures • Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies • Report all account-, market- and competitor-related information, trends, and metrics • Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues and legal concerns, as well as customer complaints related to product events • Perform all administrative tasks, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering • Knowledge of electrophysiology products and procedures • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy • Experience in the medical device industry, including working in a hospital operating room (OR) environment, is a plus
