• Achieve revenue and profit targets in the assigned sales territory and defined product area • Develop strategic, goal-oriented project plans with short- and medium-term perspectives • Identify and develop relationships with all key decision-makers and influencers, including sub-specialists • Negotiate contracts and terms and close sales • Manage all account sales processes and activities for prioritized accounts (A, B, C) • Identify and develop account potential • Responsible for sales forecasting • Document sales activities in the Salesforce Lightning CRM
• Preferably a completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business administration, medicine, or medical technology • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the medical technology sector • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen • Strong understanding of customers' business • Experience with hospital financing and procurement processes • Willingness to develop comprehensive product knowledge and therapeutic understanding in the defined product area • Team player • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Valid driver's license (Class B)
