📋 Description

• Lead growth of the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio and introduction of enabling technologies • Drive business development initiatives to enhance portfolio value and maximise market impact • Develop and implement strategies for current offerings • Plan and execute launch plans for next-generation technologies • Oversee the sales funnel using Sales Force Dot Com • Track and optimise sales opportunities, forecasting, pipeline health, and sales team performance • Deliver training programs for customers and sales teams • Develop and execute reimbursement strategies for market access and sustainable growth, with focus on robotics • Build a business intelligence system with competitive insights and objection-handling strategies • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Spinal, Orthopaedics, or Neuromodulation therapies within sales or marketing roles • Experience in capital sales or marketing • Proven ability to operate in a complex business environment and work effectively with sales & regional marketing management • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus • Travel required up to 60%
