📋 Description

• Lead the growth of the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio and introduce enabling technologies • Drive business development initiatives to enhance portfolio value and maximise market impact • Develop and implement strategies to maximise current offerings • Plan and execute comprehensive launch plans for next-generation technologies • Oversee the sales funnel using Sales Force Dot Com to track and optimise sales opportunities • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and sales team performance • Deliver training programs for customers and sales teams on clinical benefits and technical advancements • Develop and execute reimbursement strategies for market access and sustainable growth, with a focus on robotics • Build a business intelligence system providing competitive insights and objection-handling strategies • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals • Collaborate closely with regional sales and business teams to implement local marketing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Spinal, Orthopaedics, or Neuromodulation therapies within sales or marketing roles • Experience in capital sales or marketing • Proven ability to operate in a complex business environment and work effectively with sales & regional marketing management • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus • Travel required up to 60%
