• Define and drive a clear, integrated strategy and vision across AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics portfolio. • Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction. • Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launches, campaigns and sales enablement. • Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions. • Provide strategic input into pricing, contracting and market access decisions. • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D, Education, Supply Chain and Finance. • Monitor business performance and lead continuous optimization actions.
• Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech, including product management, strategic marketing and/or sales, with exposure to regional or global environments. • Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected ecosystems). • Experience in product marketing, product management, or strategically focused sales roles, with exposure to product launches, go-to-market strategies, key account management, complex deal cycles, portfolio selling, and marketing initiatives. • Strong ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions and business decisions. • Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization. • Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
