• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Ensure clear communication between customers and colleagues • Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the aligned Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist Surgical Account Managers and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives • Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies • Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products • Ensure inventory levels meet customer and operational needs • Contribute to lead generation, sales support, and market expansion efforts
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 1 year of required experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating new business, and building a pipeline • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win and grow territory performance • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales • Experience building relationships with decision-makers and navigating customer organizations • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills • Candidate must reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • A valid driver's license is essential for this role • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
