• Support forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and CRM governance activities • Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for regional leadership • Analyze pipeline quality, sales performance trends, and operational KPIs • Improve CRM data quality and process compliance • Support territory management and account alignment activities • Assist with quote management and opportunity administration workflows • Coordinate with Systems & Tools teams regarding Salesforce issues and enhancements • Support onboarding, documentation, and process communication initiatives • Assist with operational readiness for new products, process rollouts, and GTM initiatives • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional business partners • Support Latitude operational initiatives within the EMEA region
• 3+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations experience • Salesforce CRM experience • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities • Experience supporting sales organizations in fast-paced environments • Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
