📋 Description

• Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions (preferably in Go), working at the core of our platform. • Participate in the evolution of our services' architecture, proposing improvements and bringing a long-term vision. • Actively collaborate in building technical processes, standards, best practices, and automations. • Investigate complex issues, propose intelligent solutions, and anticipate risks and impacts. • Work side-by-side with Product, Design, and other areas to deliver high-impact solutions for doctors, patients, and partners. • Ensure quality in deliveries with testing, documentation, and attention to performance. • Contribute ideas, technical discussions, and code reviews, raising the technical level of the team. • Support the engineering culture with modern practices (CI/CD, observability, security, scalability).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with AWS and a solid understanding of scalable, secure, and highly available environments. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, API Gateway, and monitoring/observability. • Strong knowledge of Go (or willingness to learn quickly). • Experience designing and maintaining high-performance, resilient APIs. • Solid SQL skills, particularly with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. • Ability to model data, optimize queries, and understand performance characteristics. • Experience with microservices, messaging, event-driven architectures, and complex integrations. • Understanding of horizontal/vertical scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and architectural best practices. • Daily use of Docker to create consistent environments. • Familiarity with SQS, Kafka, or similar systems. • Understanding of sync vs async paradigms, consistency, and communication patterns. • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API security best practices.
