📋 Description

• Drive frictionless service delivery across Wealth Management by closing skill gaps, championing process improvement, and leading adoption. • Design, build, and maintain strategic learning curricula for Wealth Management advisors and client service staff. • Create training materials, online resources, use-case playbooks, AI prompt guides, and an AI content library. • Translate platform enhancements, new products, and technology changes into role-specific learning experiences. • Own Wealth Management-facing training communications, MercerNet content, and webinar programs. • Track adoption and proficiency metrics and iterate curriculum based on outcomes data. • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing learning for advisors, client service staff, acquisition employees, and new employees in live, virtual, and self-paced formats. • Deliver AI literacy and tool adoption training, including responsible-use guidelines, compliance guardrails, and role-specific frameworks. • Define success metrics, report findings and recommendations to Enablement leadership and Wealth Management stakeholders. • Serve as subject matter expert and product owner for assigned content areas. • Identify workflow friction and opportunities; bring structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. • Partner with Technology, Product, and Compliance to evaluate, pilot, and govern technology solutions. • Lead business process improvement and AI augmentation deployment efforts. • Champion AI thought leadership across Wealth Management. • Partner with M&A leadership to design and deliver training for acquired teams remotely or in person. • Apply AI capabilities to create seamless integration journeys for acquired firms. • Track training and adoption checkpoints and drive continuous improvement throughout integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; MBA, financial licenses, or relevant certifications a plus. • Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management; wealth management or financial services experience a plus. • Demonstrated AI fluency, including hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and translating AI capabilities into role-specific training. • Familiarity with financial services use cases. • Working knowledge of prompt engineering. • Ability to develop practical AI usage guidelines and compliance guardrails for non-technical users. • Strong project management and organizational skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Availability Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours. • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace.
