• Covering the South of England (Midlands-based ideal) • Area turning over £700k and looking to increase to £1m • 70% account management, 30% new business development • Engage with decision-makers across production, operations, and technical teams • Conduct site visits and live demonstrations to advise on tailored equipment solutions • Represent a trusted UK manufacturer with a strong, loyal customer base • Report on monthly sales activity and manage your own pipeline • Supported by in-house technical and engineering specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Background in technical sales of capital or industrial equipment • Strong mechanical engineering aptitude or qualifications (apprenticeship or degree ideal) • Experience in packaging machinery, filling systems, or related equipment is a bonus • Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach • Strong territory management and client relationship skills • Comfortable working independently from a home base • Energetic, self-motivated, and commercially astute
