📋 Description
• Collect outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims • Resolve outstanding insurance receivables • Communicate effectively while handling high claim volume accurately and efficiently • Perform duties consistently with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent • Computer and keyboarding skills • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge • Communication and customer service skills • Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience preferred • Prior revenue cycle healthcare billing or insurance experience preferred
