📋 Description

• Provide leadership and oversight for Mercy's ACPE-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs • Ensure compliance with ACPE accreditation standards and requirements • Develop and teach curriculum for Level I, Level II, and Certified Educator Candidate (CEC) programs • Provide clinical supervision and educational support to CPE students • Participate in student recruitment, admissions, interviews, and evaluations • Collaborate with Spiritual Care leaders, Mission leaders, and chaplain colleagues • Maintain required accreditation records, documentation, and reporting • Support the formation and development of future Mercy chaplains and spiritual care professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate Theological Degree • Completion of four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education • Two or more years as an ACPE Certified Educator Candidate • Certification as a Certified Educator, National Faculty Eligible through ACPE • Board Certified Eligible through a recognized chaplain certification organization
