• Lead the commercial strategy for our ceramic cores business worldwide. • Drive sustainable, profitable growth. • Develop and oversee pricing strategies across all regions. • Negotiate and manage long-term agreements with key customers. • Support and guide regional sales teams to improve effectiveness. • Build and maintain high-value relationships across Europe, North America, and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in B2B technical sales—engineering or material science settings. • A history of leading international teams and managing a sales P&L. • Strategic mindset backed up by action—you’ve delivered growth before and you’ve got the receipts. • Leadership that works remotely as well as in person. • Comfort navigating multiple cultures, time zones, and the reality of constant travel. • Degree in business, engineering, or similar (MBA is a nice extra, not essential).
