📋 Description
• Build, launch, and iterate on full-stack product features that drive user and business growth • Design and implement experiments to validate growth hypotheses quickly and efficiently • Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions • Optimize critical funnels (e.g. onboarding, conversion, activation) through instrumentation and iteration • Contribute to our internal growth tooling and experimentation infrastructure • Translate business insights and user feedback into scalable engineering solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Have 3+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or product-facing roles • Are proficient in JavaScript or Go, and modern product development practices • Have strong product instincts and enjoy collaborating on user-facing features • Are curious about how products grow, and excited by the idea of solving problems with both code and creativity • Are comfortable with experimentation, and understand that not everything you ship will succeed — but every iteration teaches you something • Write clean, maintainable code and move fast • Fluent with modern AI dev (Cursor/Claude) tools.
