📋 Description
• Join two newly established cross-functional product development teams • Work on greenfield and high innovation products within our Tech4Good product suite • Build and scale SaaS platform using the Microsoft stack • Balance simplicity and flexibility with performance and scalability • Actively adopt and champion high engineering standards • Promote good agile practices and ensure good testing practices • Collaborate with team members to learn and contribute to the developer experience
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years commercial software development experience • Strong grounding in modern C#/.NET environments • Skilled in front-end development using modern frameworks, ideally React • Champion of high-quality, well-tested solutions through unit testing, integration testing, automated coverage, and continuous integration • Experience of designing and developing APIs • Good understanding of non-functional considerations such as security, performance and scalability • Knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL Server • Experience in building and maintaining cloud-hosted systems and pipelines is beneficial, especially in Azure Environments • Passionate problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and automation • Solid experience of agile principles and supporting the adoption of Agile ways of working in teams
