📋 Description

• Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES • Coordinate Titan development, testing, assurance, release and transition from ViCTOR • Manage the ARES automation delivery pipeline • Maintain delivery priorities, milestones, ownership, Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status • Run stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives • Resolve blockers and escalate risks, dependencies and decisions requiring senior intervention • Ensure delivery is controlled and transparent, with clear priorities, ownership and next steps • Enable senior leadership to focus on Application Platforms portfolio leadership, strategic priorities and senior stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES, maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership • Support Titan delivery and the transition from ViCTOR, coordinating development, testing, assurance, release and dependencies • Manage the ARES automation delivery pipeline, ensuring priorities, dependencies, blockers and readiness are actively managed • Maintain accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status • Run effective delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives • Proactively resolve blockers and escalate risks to Senior Delivery Manager, dependencies or decisions requiring senior intervention • Role requires having or being willing to go through Security Clearance • Candidates must complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of onboarding; inability to meet associated criteria may delay or prevent employment
