• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 5 years of similar talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting • Electrical distribution and control systems manufacturing industry experience or similar industry experience (ex. highly engineered and specialized industrial manufacturing) with direct experience recruiting for Engineering and/or Manufacturing Operations talent • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with, partner with and effectively influence all stakeholders throughout the end-to-end talent acquisition process • Proven ability to assess candidates’ motivations, qualifications, and potential, quickly and effectively • General knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations • Flexible and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, often changing environment • Excellent written & verbal communication, multi-tasking, organizational, follow-up and negotiating skills, with a strong attention to detail.
