📋 Description

• Own the In-Play proposition across key fixtures • Take ownership of priority sporting events and monitor match action, market availability, suspensions, pricing, feeds, and settlement in real time • Identify live-event stories and narratives and surface relevant markets, content, and promotions • Identify opportunities to increase Sportsbook handle using fixture context, customer behaviour, and live narratives • Identify and resolve issues with feeds, suspensions, market availability, and pricing • Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to communicate fixtures, promotions, and In-Play opportunities • Develop and execute real-time promotional opportunities • Review fixture performance and recurring operational issues to improve processes and proposition quality • Support Trading and Product in improving the presentation and promotion of In-Play betting

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine passion for sport • Keen interest in sports betting and the sportsbook industry • Customer-focused mindset • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, live environment and manage multiple priorities • Proactive mindset • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Previous sportsbook or trading experience is not required • Existing knowledge of sports betting, bet types, or sportsbook products is a bonus
