• 2–4 years SDR/BDR experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS (AppSec a strong plus) • A track record of beating pipeline targets with senior security buyers (CISOs, AppSec leaders) • Hunger, curiosity, and strong prospecting discipline • Fluency with the modern outbound stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Sales Nav, ZoomInfo) and an instinct for AI tools • An owner's mindset — you thrive on startup pace and building, not operating a mature machine
