• Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) business plans with focus partners • Align with Sales Leadership and quota-carrying AEs to unlock demand and deliver on shared targets • Lead partner enablement activities, including sales training and technical workshops • Create strong executive alignment with partner stakeholders • Forecast accurately and hold partners accountable to agreed goals • Manage budgets and design joint marketing plans with partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class partner experience • Drive growth through strategic partnerships and manage full deal cycles
• 7+ years of technology sales or channel sales experience (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred) • Proven track record of managing strategic partner relationships and driving revenue • Strong grasp of the partner ecosystem and competitive landscape in your region • Experience building GTM strategies and running full deal cycles from qualification to close • Confident communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging at all levels (sales reps to C-suite) • Organised, proactive, and a team player who thrives on accountability and results • Experience with cloud solutions (SaaS preferred) and good understanding of email/network infrastructure • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) required
