📋 Description

• Support engineering teams in developing resilient applications running on GKE • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and ArgoCD • Build and maintain Mimica-specific platform applications in Python • Manage GKE environments across multiple regions, including IAM and identity management on GCP or AWS • Investigate and triage application issues and monitor database and system health • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to incidents • Migrate the IaC layer from Terraform to Crossplane • Support expansion into multi-region clusters and single-tenancy environments • Drive FinOps initiatives to improve visibility and control of cloud spend • Design and implement access patterns for BYOC and single-tenancy environments • Improve observability using tools such as Honeycomb and Grafana

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster configuration, scheduling, RBAC, and debugging live issues • Proven experience with Terraform as a primary IaC tool • IAM and identity management experience on GCP or AWS • Experience with ArgoCD or a comparable GitOps tool • Observability experience with Honeycomb, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic • Comfortable writing code, particularly Python, for automation and internal tooling • Background in startups or scale-ups • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience leading and participating in incident responses • GPU workloads on Kubernetes, Crossplane, Temporal, Grafana Alloy, Loki, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or security engineering experience are nice to have
