📋 Description

• Play a key role in supporting and delivering Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives. • Work across multiple software components, solving problems hands-on, and driving improvements that enhance user experience and system security. • Collaborate with teams to design, build, and integrate identity and access management solutions. • Contribute to a structured delivery process, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. • Stay updated with emerging identity standards, frameworks, and technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Support and deliver on CIAM-related workstreams, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable implementations. • Collaborate across teams to design, build, and integrate identity and access management solutions. • Work on multiple software components — from backend services to cloud infrastructure — with a hands-on approach. • Contribute to a structured delivery process, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. • Drive initiatives independently, take ownership, and proactively seek out ways to improve systems and processes. • Apply technical expertise to balance product needs, customer experience, and security best practices. • Stay up to date with emerging identity standards, frameworks, and technologies. • Strong programming experience in Java. • Proven experience working on Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Ability to work across distributed systems and CI/CD environments. • Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut frameworks. • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services — including application deployment, integration, and identity management. • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a bias toward action. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
