📋 Description

• Work on telephony integration, voice/IVR automation, NLP/intent workflows, and backend microservices that directly support ~500 customer service agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Integrate and extend Twilio APIs for call routing, IVR flows, telephony, and automation. • Configure, maintain, and optimise Google CCAI (voicebots, chatbots, transcription, NLP/intent models). • Build and maintain microservices and APIs that connect to internal M&S systems (payments, order management, refunds, loyalty). • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant backend services. • Improve system reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability. • Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Frontend teams on end-to-end workflows. • Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and best practices. • Strong programming experience in Java or Kotlin. • Hands-on experience integrating Twilio or similar communication/telephony platforms. • Familiarity with Google CCAI (Dialogflow, CCAI Insights, agent assist, speech/NLP). • Experience building APIs using REST and event-driven systems (Kafka). • Expertise in Azure or similar cloud-based microservices architecture. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling – Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. • Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance, scaling, and reliability engineering. • Exposure to Zendesk or other CRM/contact-centre platforms (nice to have). • Experience with payments, refunds, order management, or retail backend systems (nice to have). • Knowledge of voice analytics, telephony routing, or IVR design (nice to have).
