📋 Description

• Lead clinical audits • Conduct data deep dives into outcome metrics • Manage discharge and risk processes • Support training initiatives to drive service quality • Deliver structured case management to internal Senior PWPs • Provide clinical skills supervision • Provide supervisory cover • Assist with referral triage screening and duty risk coverage • Maintain a small dedicated clinical caseload • Support the maintenance and elevation of clinical governance standards across all contracts • Work alongside the Clinical Performance Manager, Clinical Performance Coordinator, Customer Success Managers, and wider clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner holding an NHS Talking Therapies-approved qualification (PG Cert / Diploma in Low Intensity Interventions or equivalent) • Active BABCP or BPS registration • Substantial post-qualification experience delivering Step 2 interventions within an adult primary care mental health setting • Experience providing clinical skills supervision, case management, and duty risk cover • In-depth knowledge of NICE guidelines for common mental health conditions and low-intensity CBT frameworks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Enhanced DBS Certificate including Adults and Children barrings • Two satisfactory professional references • Access to a secure laptop/PC with standard security features • Personal email address • Experience with clinical audits, data quality review, and performance indicators is desirable • Experience leading Quality Improvement initiatives or designing and facilitating training modules is desirable • Proficiency with IAPTus and Looker is desirable
