📋 Description

• Conduct motor-focused risk assessments, site visits and reviews of fleet management systems and processes • Evaluate controls and governance for driver, vehicle and operational motor exposures • Provide practical, evidence-based risk improvement recommendations • Produce written reports and insights for clients, brokers and underwriters • Design and deliver training and workshops on road risk topics • Deliver motor fleet and road risk consultancy services • Interpret emerging motor and road safety risks, legislation and industry trends • Build relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams • Represent Zurich at client meetings, industry events and internal forums • Share technical insights and promote Zurich’s motor risk capabilities • Contribute to repeatable motor risk propositions using client assignments, claims themes and fleet risk trends • Manage an autonomous portfolio and diary • Generate and deliver against agreed revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in motor fleet risk management and consultancy • Experience conducting motor risk assessments and reviewing fleet management systems and processes • Ability to evaluate driver, vehicle and operational motor exposures • Ability to provide clear, practical, evidence-based recommendations • Experience producing high-quality written reports • Experience delivering management and/or driver training and workshops on road risk topics • Commercial awareness and confidence contributing to consultancy opportunities • Ability to work to agreed revenue, utilisation or performance targets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Confident presentation and facilitation skills • Proactive, well-organised and resilient approach • Qualification at master’s level in a driving psychology-related field is desirable • Experience with police fleets is desirable • Experience of NDORS and/or other driver diversion schemes is desirable • Formal health and safety qualification, such as Diploma/NEBOSH General Certificate, is desirable
