📋 Description

• Develop hypotheses and test creative concepts across paid social channels, including Meta and TikTok • Scale winning concepts and open new testing directions, including funnels and acquisition • Conduct creative and competitive analysis of markets, trends, audience behavior, and best practices • Analyze test results using CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS; iterate and generate new hypotheses • Prepare clear briefs for designers and follow creative work through to the final result • Collaborate with AI Content Creators, UAM, and PMM to brainstorm ideas, form hypotheses, and analyze results • Collaborate with product and analytics teams • Help Mindly expand its marketplace for psychologists and their clients globally

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketing Manager, or in a related role • Understanding of performance marketing and marketing metrics • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw conclusions • Mix of creative and analytical thinking; structured, systematic, and metrics-driven approach • Ability to track creative success rate and unicorn-rate using concrete numbers • Proven experience creating creatives on Meta and TikTok and launching ideas with measurable results • Experience creating UGC and storytelling content • Experience writing copy that drives action • Hands-on experience using AI for competitor research, brief writing, ad variation generation, and creative analysis • Experience developing creative strategy and scaling creatives, ideally including launching creatives for new markets (a plus) • Ideally located in the CET or EET time zone
