📋 Description
• Efficiently accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and seamlessly continue care • Develop rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment • Educate patients on medication, and the importance of medication adherence • Match daily calendar to documentation in Mindoula's electronic medical record - MMR • Monitor, evaluate, and record the patient’s progress using validated assessments each month
🎯 Requirements
• Master's Degree Required in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health disciplines from an accredited college or university • Proficient in technology to successfully work remotely • Strong documentation and data entry experience or abilities • Work experience with Electronic Medical Records
