📋 Description

• Play a central role from day one by designing tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients across the DACH region • In customer workshops, gather technical requirements with clients and translate them into practical, bespoke solution designs and system architectures • Plan integration and data migration strategies and oversee their technical implementation through to successful delivery • Ensure the quality and long-term viability of solutions by providing targeted governance, regular reviews, and technical guidance and development for your project team • Act as the technical lead by managing, coaching and mentoring our Junior Consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a technical role within the Salesforce ecosystem • Solid expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Experience with integrations, especially to ERP systems • Confident and professional presence • Clear, effective communication skills • Willingness and motivation to take on leadership responsibilities • Enthusiasm for challenging projects
