• Engage regularly with customers as defined by the contact policy and provide a consistent, superior digital experience. • Ensure customers get world-class services and their needs are met through the Bank's financial products. • Enhance customer relationships; educate, encourage and induce customers to use digital banking while keeping access to the bank when needed. • Meet scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks; ensure guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. • Sales: cross-sell products based on profiling; penetrate product groups; sell across TPP, Assets, Cards. • Acquire and group related IDs; use triggers to track FD maturity and CASA movements to prevent outflow. • Ensure staff are trained on product knowledge and have requisite certifications. • Generate income at customer level; monitor large movements and account closures; ensure retention and portfolio quality. • Log interactions accurately; handle calls per standards; resolve queries and complaints; deepen relationships with sticky products like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory.
