📋 Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities • Provide functionality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions • Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes • Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting • Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients • Provide end-user training and documentation • Manage the full implementation lifecycle • Ensure timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful solution deployment • Assist with cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments • Perform other duties consistent with the purpose of the role

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration • Ukrainian & English full working proficiency • Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, HR • Odoo certification and/or Project management is a plus
