📋 Description

• Provide equipment support to assigned customers • Respond immediately and provide critical on-site support during machine breakdowns to achieve targeted MTTR • Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures • Implement equipment retrofits and upgrades to support targeted MTBF and machine availability • Work with product management teams, regional teams, and tech centers to implement auxiliary equipment strategy and optimize chemistry performance at customer sites • Train customer personnel on periodic maintenance schedules and breakdown resolution • Build and maintain relationships with key regional customers and partners • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions • Travel up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong electro-mechanical knowledge • Diploma Electronics Engineers with higher relevant experience could be considered • Experience using latest equipment control processes • 2–5 years of relevant experience in equipment support • Experience supporting equipment in the electroplating/surface finishing industry preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel up to 50% • Applicants may be subject to export-control restrictions based on citizenship, country of origin, or immigration status • Background checks and drug screens conducted in accordance with applicable law and company policies
