• Manage and retain a portfolio of approximately 50 corporate pension scheme clients • Upsell services such as salary sacrifice arrangements and conduct policy reviews • Collaborate within a team of 12 consultants • Maintain high client retention rates by proactively managing contract renewals

• Experience managing corporate pension schemes • Proven client relationship management skills • Basic knowledge of related employee benefits areas such as Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, and Group Risk is advantageous • Strong organisational and project management skills
