📋 Description
• Lead the delivery of complex and high-impact communication projects • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients • Drive individual sales targets (~£500k annually) • Manage multiple large and complex communication projects • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to junior colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or equivalent • Significant experience in pension communications or consulting • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Proven project management expertise • Demonstrated business development skills • Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues • Strong interpersonal skills
