📋 Description

• Review and provide analytical guidance on quarterly automotive semiconductor forecasting through primary research and industry stakeholder interviews • Conduct primary research with automotive semiconductor ecosystem stakeholders to validate market assumptions, track supply chain shifts, and identify emerging design trends that impact industry forecasts and client strategies • Leverage teardown analysis and team interview insights to dynamically update market forecasts, review current predictions for improvement opportunities, and implement corrections to ensure forecast accuracy and reliability • Provide timely customer support via email and phone while conducting regular face-to-face visits to industry stakeholders across the automotive semiconductor value chain from chip suppliers to Tier 1 suppliers to OEMs • Present analysis and insights at client meetings, industry webinars, and conferences while serving as a media spokesperson for automotive semiconductor market developments and trends • Drive cross-functional collaboration with editorial, marketing, and commercial enablement teams to develop thought leadership content, training materials, and go-to-market strategies while coordinating with regional EE&Semiconductor analysts and adjacent analyst teams covering vehicle sales, electrification, autonomy, and connected car technologies across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution • 8+ years of experience in automotive semiconductor industry, preferably as Field Application Engineer, Product Marketing, or similar technical role • Solid understanding of semiconductor technologies and automotive industry dynamics, including supply chain, design cycles, and market trends • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data, market information, and teardown analysis to generate actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences including clients, media, and industry stakeholders • Willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings and industry events across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific regions
