📋 Description

• Improve and maintain the parcel opportunity analysis framework. • Collaborate with network and sales teams to develop profitable proposals for new and existing customers. • Provide parcel SME support for opportunity assessments and closing activities. • Partner with the analytics team to create and refine tools, dashboards, and reporting. • Develop reporting suites to track pricing requests, proposals, and profitability for internal and executive use. • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. • Demonstrate and communicate capabilities of the MODE Parcel TMS. • Support TMS onboarding, including loading carrier rates and discounts and generating reports. • Train new users on TMS functionality and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internal and external. • Work with parcel billing and invoicing technology teams to ensure accurate pricing and system alignment. • Manage offshore support resources handling tracking, tracing, and daily parcel customer service activities. • Conduct customer business reviews to strengthen relationships and support retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in third-party logistics, supply chain planning, or logistics-related consulting. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transportation/logistics experience. • Strong knowledge of parcel pricing, auditing/billing, operations, and parcel technologies. • Hands-on experience with parcel TMS systems, including onboarding clients and managing carrier rates/discounts. • Proven presentation skills supporting sales activities and executive-level discussions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships. • Experience supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding. • Ability to travel as needed. • Experience developing cost-savings proposals in collaboration with business development.
