• 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people and building long-lasting relationships • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through to completion • Coursework or college degree in Business, Sales, or similar field of study (Nice to Have) • Field sales experience (Nice to Have) • Understanding of sales process and cycle (Nice to Have) • Background in the building materials or millwork industry (Nice to Have) • Familiarity working with any CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc) (Nice to Have)
