• Handle incoming leads and qualify them to close sales • Proactively prospect based on Ideal Client Profile (ICP) to find new opportunities • Support sales operations including CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, reporting, and outreach campaigns • Collaborate with sales reps to set qualified meetings and demos • Build and optimize outreach playbooks and messaging strategies • Articulate Mommy Poppins’ value proposition for small businesses, large enterprises, and agencies • Track market feedback and relay insights to sales and marketing teams • Consistently hit activity and pipeline generation goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships and entry-level experience welcome if motivated) • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal • Comfort with CRM systems (Zoho CRM) and sales tools (Apollo) • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Coachable and eager to learn with a growth mindset • Self-motivated, resilient, and persistent in pursuit of goals • Passionate about helping businesses succeed, from local shops to national brands • Operate as an independent contractor in a 100% remote work environment • Provide your own computer, phone, high-speed internet and office space
