📋 Description

• Lead hiring strategy for a technology business area • Partner with executives and senior stakeholders on hiring plans, organisational design, and hiring strategy • Work with Workforce Planning and Business Hiring leadership to understand demand and prioritise high-impact hiring • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters • Support Recruiters through complex hiring challenges and provide feedback and career development • Make decisions about team priorities, workload, and resource allocation • Personally manage requisitions and remain hands-on with hiring • Partner with Hiring Managers to design assessment processes and deliver excellent candidate experiences through offer • Recruit both senior leaders and individual contributors • Use data, market insights, and candidate feedback to improve processes and hiring decisions • Embed inclusive hiring practices and improve quality, efficiency, and candidate experience • Proactively source talent and share competitor and market insights • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to share best practices and solve cross-functional hiring challenges • Help shape the growth and evolution of the Tech Hiring team

🎯 Requirements

• Significant in-house recruiting experience within tech functions such as Product or Engineering • Experience managing or coaching Recruiters • Experience combining people leadership with hands-on recruitment • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including VPs and executives • Experience recruiting across levels from mid-level through Senior Manager and Director roles • Strong sourcing ability and experience attracting passive talent • Ability to use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes • Passion for inclusive hiring and exceptional candidate experiences • Ability to build trusted relationships and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments • Preferred: experience managing hiring teams across multiple locations or hybrid/remote environments • Preferred: experience recruiting tech roles within a high-growth startup or scale-up • Preferred: experience partnering with workforce or capacity planning teams • Preferred: experience building or improving recruitment processes at scale
