📋 Description

• Manage multiple teams in an organization of around 20-30 people • Responsible for structuring, organizing, supporting and challenging your team • Support and develop best in class engineering talent • Create an inclusive team environment • Partner with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives • Collaborate with Product Managers, backend, web and mobile engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical and delivery background • Experience directly managing at least 2-3 Engineering Managers • Leading orgs of around ~20 engineers • Accountability for the technical outcomes your teams deliver • Strong stakeholder relationships with other teams • Collaboration with the wider engineering organisation
