📋 Description

• Join LATAM’s most talented team as a Senior QA Engineer. • Contribute to the development of software and talent solutions. • Collaborate within a dynamic team, implementing best practices in quality assurance and testing for web and mobile platforms. • Engage in test planning and execution, improving overall product quality through rigorous testing methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, covering both manual and automation testing. • Strong Ecommerce background (web and mobile platforms). • Expertise in automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium, with solid experience building and maintaining Page Object Model (POM) frameworks following good coding practices. • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Experience with GitHub CI/CD, Allure Reporting Tool, and QA tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence. • Proven ability to write comprehensive test plans, test cases and test reports. • Hands-on experience in functional, regression and integration manual testing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – comfortable presenting test plans, discussing strategies and logging clear bugs in tracking tools. • Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, while managing day-to-day tasks independently. • Comfortable staying connected via Zoom during working hours for real-time collaboration and seamless team communication. • Nice to have: Experience testing and automating REST APIs, knowledge of SQL, scripting and basic database validation, familiarity with performance or security testing, previous experience in hybrid QA roles (manual + automation) within Agile teams.
