📋 Description

• Execute Mosaic Health’s enterprise cloud strategy across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid environments • Own day-to-day Azure operations across compute, storage, networking, identity, and cost governance • Lead FinOps execution, including cloud spend monitoring, tagging, cost allocation, optimization, and reporting • Oversee SaaS portfolio operations, secure integrations, governance, and lifecycle management • Drive automation adoption to reduce manual work and improve operational consistency • Manage server, storage, virtualization, hypervisor, SAN/NAS, and object-storage environments • Oversee endpoint, profile, Okta, and access-management engineering • Lead high-availability and disaster-recovery execution, including DR tests, runbooks, and HIPAA contingency documentation • Partner with network engineering on WAN/LAN, cloud connectivity, segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives • Oversee IAM operations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and privileged access management • Govern Okta SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and enterprise application integrations • Work with InfoSec to maintain auditable identity and access controls aligned with Zero Trust architecture • Lead, develop, and retain a team of six to seven engineers across systems, network, and identity disciplines • Establish operational cadences for incident management, change control, problem management, and capacity planning • Maintain enterprise monitoring and observability standards across infrastructure domains • Manage operational vendor and partner relationships, including SLA accountability and escalation • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to communicate platform status, risk, and roadmap • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or network engineering, including at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role • Hands-on Azure expertise in compute, storage, networking, identity, and cost management • Experience managing identity and access environments, including Okta SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and enterprise IAM/PAM programs • Experience with server and virtualization platforms, including VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS storage, and data center operations • Working knowledge of network engineering principles, cloud connectivity, segmentation, and Zero Trust integration • Proven ability to lead disaster recovery/business continuity execution, test programs, runbook management, and RTO/RPO validation in a HIPAA-regulated environment • Practical FinOps experience, including cloud cost monitoring, tagging enforcement, rightsizing, and spend accountability reporting • Direct experience operating in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment • Working familiarity with HITRUST CSF and infrastructure controls required for audit requirements • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and team accountability • Effective communication skills for translating technical complexity into clear, outcome-oriented language • Preferred Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) certification • Preferred Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant certification • Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, or Defender for Cloud • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling such as Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, or Ansible • Experience in multi-entity or post-M&A environments with tenant consolidation or rationalization exposure • ITIL Foundation or equivalent ITSM training
