📋 Description

• Own how MOXFIVE’s recurring resilience service, MOXGUARD, gets delivered • Stand up the delivery operating system, including service definitions, playbooks, tooling, SLAs, onboarding runbooks, and standardized templates • Design the service catalog and delivery methodology for each tier • Own quality by reviewing deliverables, coaching client-facing judgment, and defining quality standards • Build an onboarding path that gets new clients to first value quickly • Build and maintain capacity and cost-to-deliver models, including advisor-to-client ratios and utilization targets • Understand delivery economics for every service tier and inform upstream pricing decisions • Instrument the model so margin problems surface as leading indicators • Recruit, develop, and retain proactive advisors • Build a predictable ramp path for new advisors to reach full client load • Lead a culture of accountability, craft, and disciplined playbook execution • Partner with Product on roadmap prioritization and delivery-cost-reducing automation • Partner with Sales and Technical Sales on scoping discipline and pre-sales support • Work with Delivery and Operations to translate service quality into renewal-worthy client outcomes • Bring field learnings into product, marketing, and sales • Stay close to clients through anchor accounts, escalations, and situations requiring senior involvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in MSP, MSSP, vCISO, or managed advisory delivery • At least 3 years owning a delivery organization rather than a single team • Built a service from a blank page into something repeatable, documented, and sellable • Ownership of delivery economics and cost modeling in a managed services environment • Experience in a hybrid model combining a technology platform and a human bench • Client-facing advisory experience sufficient to coach others and hold a room when needed • Operator’s mindset focused on process, measurement, and margin discipline • Bonus: experience at a cybersecurity services firm, VAR, or MSSP with recurring revenue • Bonus: familiarity with EOS or a comparable operating system, including Scorecards, Rocks, and IDS • Bonus: fluency with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or CISA Secure by Design • Bonus: track record of making yourself less necessary to delivery over time • Bonus: working knowledge of the cyber insurance ecosystem and its stakeholders
