📋 Description

• Cover South East London area and look after a selection of key accounts • Complete maintenance, reactive works, small works and projects • Work with large-scale networked systems (Gent, Advanced, Notifier, Avigilon, Axis, Bosch, Axxonsoft, Milestone, Salto, Assa Abloy, ACT, Plan, Paxton, Galaxy, Texecom, Cortech) • Work as part of a small dedicated key account support team alongside Engineers and Apprentices • Liaise regularly with Contract Manager, Senior Engineer, Service Coordinator, and Service Manager • Install systems to high standards with time, support, and training provided • Maintain long-standing, prestigious contracts with direct end-user relationships

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Fire and Security Engineer • Experience with a range of different products and manufacturers • Electrically competent; able to carry out safe isolations and maintain a safe working environment • Experience with Installing, Commissioning and Maintaining Systems • Customer-oriented, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively • Desire to continue to learn and develop skills • Desire to install and maintain systems to the highest standards
