📋 Description

• Deliver project KPI’s and key objectives • Conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews • Produce and develop analytical reporting and communicate reporting to ensure performance is tracking against KPI’s and targets • Use reporting to inform improvement opportunities and create and implement improvement plans • Build and develop a clear governance process for stakeholders • Resolve operational issues including performance, personnel, relationships, support and communications in the market/project • Ensure maintenance of MSX Business, Brand, and Safety Standards • Oversee quality control regarding delivery against client requirements • Review market trends to keep project at forefront • Drive innovation and pace across activity development • Deliver ad hoc project work and manage tactical campaign launches • Define enhanced services with central teams to support growth • Support project teams with high-profile initiatives and launch programme development initiatives • Maintain and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as primary interface with client • Develop market business plans and present business case details • Work across client organisation to create best practices • Gain insight into stakeholder requirements to inform project planning • Manage and develop new initiatives from discussions to implementation • Support strategic future planning • Lead, develop, and coach teams; create and deliver annual performance reviews • Ensure quality on-boarding and training of all MSX team members

🎯 Requirements

• People/Team management experience • Experience in the preparation of budget, forecast and sales plans (desirable) • Experience of leading teams/projects/clients as a Project Manager • Professional experience in sales, marketing or business development • Proven track record in target achievement • Experience in new programme/project launches and implementation • Experience in process improvement • Experience identifying areas for improvement via data analysis • Project Management qualification (desirable)
